Your New Role...
As the Ticketing & Sales Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all ticket-related queries and projects within the Trade team. You'll set up ticket allocations, working cross functionally with various departments at the Tour. You'll manage Trade Sales reports, providing performance updates and releases at the partner level to the Head of Business Development on a daily/weekly basis. This role is based at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, supporting the Trade team in the UK and beyond.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Manage and execute the Annual Ticket allocation for Trade, Consumer and Education teams.
- Collaborate with the IT team on future developments and projects to boost trade sales and revenue.
- Assist with day-to-day account management, understanding our B2B audiences and their needs.
- Coordinate and support a minimum of two Fam trips per year.
- Work closely with the Events team and IT, informing all Trade clients of closeouts.
- Design and distribute weekly sales report templates to monitor trade partner performance.
- Identify and recommend new Trade processes where relevant.
- Develop effective relationships with all internal stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Finance and Visitor Services.
- Compile trade sales performance reports for the Business Development Manager, identifying sales trends to inform future allocation decisions.
- Use analytical skills to assess opportunities for business growth and present these to colleagues within the team.
- Create and manage PO's for WBSTL Trade Team and assist and perform SAP tasks when required.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Experience in ticketing within the leisure/ tourism/ attractions industry.
- Experience of leveraging application programming interfaces (API's) to streamline processes.
- Previous Galaxy system knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong IT and Financial understanding and reporting, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills - experienced & confident presenter.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Positive outlook and "can do" attitude.
- Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Commercially astute.
- Ability to thrive in a busy and challenging environment and work to fast deadlines.
Working Pattern...
This role is full time (40 hours a week). At times, the role will require regular working during evenings, weekends and school holidays which are the peak operating times.

The highly rated attraction offers visitors the ultimate chance to get up close to authentic sets to discover the magic behind spellbinding special effects and explore the behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter film series.
Warner Bros. Worldwide Studio Tours and Retail division is home to an expanding portfolio of Warner Bros. Discovery-owned visitor attractions and experiential retail stores around the world, each created with visitor engagement and exceptional customer service at their heart. The division includes Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter and Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter which opened in 2023.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
