12-month traineeship contract based in Hamburg, Germany starting in November 2024

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Product Management, Local Creative, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing
  • Key responsibilities include supporting marketing re theatrical campaigns, enabling the trainee to dive deeply into 4 key marketing departments with incremental 360 activities.
  • Prepare and update presentations for all releases
  • Adhoc marketing, organizational & administrative requests such as creative brainstorming, translations, logistics, marketing material coordination, research campaign ideas, support event coordination, cross-divisional communication, special projects
  • Other duties as required

Required Qualifications/Work Experience:

Education:

  • BA in Marketing

Skills and practical experiences:

  • First knowledge and practical working experience in marketing
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Strong familiarity with the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must be a strong but very diplomatic character
  • Team player.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of extensive and proven experience in Product Management required and working experience in either a multinational sales and marketing organization or a local film entertainment company preferred.
