Your New Role...

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Student Assistant to join our Ad Sales team at Warner Bros. Discovery. You'll be part of a dynamic professional environment with a vast network in an organization undergoing exciting development. In this role, you will support Project-, Key Account- and Market Managers with a range of engaging and challenging sales-related tasks.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Project Management: Assist the Ad Sales team with overall project management, including planning, organizing, and executing back-office tasks.
  • Sales Materials: Develop and create impactful sales and marketing presentations and proposals using PowerPoint.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate internal coordination and collaboration among various departments (sports, programming, marketing, planning, etc.).
  • Sales Team Support: Engage closely with Key Account- and Market Managers to address customer-specific needs, produce sales materials, and relieve back-office workload.
  • Campaign Booking: Assist the team in booking campaigns through our internal booking system.
  • B2B Activities: Plan, develop, and execute marketing events for the sales department.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • You are currently a student pursuing a commercial degree, either in your bachelor's program or just starting your master's degree.
  • You have a keen interest in media strategy and marketing.
  • You are organized, able to multitask, and maintain a clear overview of tasks.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • You are positive, outgoing, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • You are a team player who can also work independently.

This position offers approximately 15 hours of work per week. Hours may vary from week to week, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
