Your New Role

You will be responsible for leading and executing the strategy for LOP marketing campaigns for local titles in GSA, working alongside all marketing levers (PR, social, performance marketing, partner/trade marketing, editorial) aligning all teams to drive the campaign objectives & results. In addition to this, you will work with the Pan-EMEA marketing teams to execute local campaigns for global titles.

You will be responsible for supporting the (streaming) marketing director for the region and the broader local GSA marketing team to drive forward the brand health as well as acquisition and retention for WBD's streaming products.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Leading creative direction and execution for all local production campaigns in GSA (key art, trailer, all campaign creative assets), working with Creative Services whenever possible or external creative agencies being in constant contact with showrunners, producers and key stakeholders as well as the Content & Regional teams for visibility.
  • Leading the media brief for including local productions campaigns, working with the media agency to ensure all required deliverables are shared with the Brand and Content teams
  • Manage campaign end to end strategy, budget forecast and manage media buy across owned and paid channels ensuring best in class high impact local campaigns.
  • Working with the EMEA performance marketing teams to determine budget and media buy for paid social campaigns
  • Working with the (Streaming) Marketing Director to manage campaign budgets based on the MMM model to deliver the brand & campaign KPIs.
  • Representing the market in the weekly / monthly streaming title task forces
  • Working with the International & EMEA Brand Marketing teams aligning on campaign direction, presenting local ideas & non-standard activations for local execution. Contribute to EMEA decks & presentations.

Skills and Expereince

  • An experienced marketer with proven success in full funnel marketing planning and execution.
  • Fluent in German
  • Strong creative appraisal skills and creative judgment.
  • Strong financial acumen in order to manage budgets and judge the commercial benefit to the business of marketing initiatives
  • Strong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders
  • Structured with the ability to project manage various marketing campaigns and marketing teams to tight deadlines
  • A proactive, self-starting and inquisitive person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic and matrix organization
  • Experience with marketing a subscription service
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to key stakeholders internal and externally
  • Dynamic personality, adaptability, professionalism
