Your New Role

The Senior Analyst is part of the Workforce Management Team whose role is to support the day-to-day delivery of cross functional People & Culture activities for a large-scale global initiative involving the transitioning of workforce to our WBD capability centers.

This role will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of project activities using defined processes, tools and templates to support the delivery of cross-functional P&C activities to meet capability center hiring and transition plans.

Your Role Accountabilities

Planning & Project Co-ordination

  • Support delivery of the P&C activities required for successful transition of a Function to the capability centers
  • Partner with the core Capability Center Transition team to capture P&C requirements and coordinate across P&C functions to deliver the requirements within the transition timeline
  • Assist in developing detailed plans for each impacted Function for key stakeholders such as P&C Partners, Total Reward and Talent Acquisition, required to deliver the initiative and align all stakeholders to the plan.
  • Schedule required meetings with the cross-functional P&C stakeholders for new roles transitioning to initiate comp reviews where required
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to obtain the required information for roles to be posted on time and kick off meetings with hiring managers diarized
  • Partner with the relevant stakeholders across P&C to obtain in-scope transition position data points to ensure timely opening of roles
  • Support data validation across HR system and Org design tool
  • Maintain and update the P&C Capability Center Playbook including all stakeholder contacts

Reporting

  • Attend weekly recruitment progress calls, noting any risks and issues that should be escalated and mitigating action tracked
  • Pull Tableau extracts by Location and Function; prepare recruitment progress trackers for Talent Acquisition and Transition teams
  • Support the preparation of the weekly status report by function and location
  • Share progress reports and detailed updates to Transition Team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of three years experience in HR transformation, projects or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and/or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous exposure to change management, project management, or organizational development
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
  • Willingness to take direction from senior team members and contribute as part of a cohesive team.
  • Experience working with HR systems and technology is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
