The Job
Warner Bros. is seeking a Senior Analyst for Information Security Compliance to join its Global Information and Content Security (GICS) team. This role involves leading global PCI audits and collaborating with business units to ensure compliance with PCI requirements and other cybersecurity regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience as a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and expertise in audit processes, risk analysis, control testing, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include handling PCI assessments, remediating vulnerabilities, and supporting various Warner Bros. brands. The role also focuses on promoting a security culture, ensuring adherence to security best practices, and developing an effective compliance program across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Compliance and Assessments: Lead PCI assessments and communicate progress to executive leadership. Assist with information security audits, risk mitigation, and remediation. Track remediation efforts for control deficiencies and policy gaps, recommending process improvements. Drive compliance through targeted audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Validate system compliance and controls through testing and observations. Participate in cross-functional teams to support regulatory compliance and ensure system changes meet legal, security, and regulatory requirements. Analyze results to identify gaps and reduce risk. Document findings and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Assist in implementing the company's GRC system, policies, and standards. Contribute to creating metrics and status updates for management. Collaborate with team members, learn internal processes, and help build effective deliverables.
- Reporting: Identify key metrics for audit status and actively participate in meetings to understand major projects. Report on audit completion and the remediation of regulatory issues.
Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of audit or compliance experience in a technical setting.
- 3+ years in PCI regulatory assessments, with PCI QSA certification.
- Experience testing cloud controls (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience defining compliance roadmaps balancing business needs and resource allocation.
- Relevant certifications (CISA, PCIP, CISM, CISSP, etc.).
- Subject matter expertise in PCI, Data Privacy, SSAE 18, Swift, SOX, etc.
Nice to Haves:
- 3+ years of Big 4 experience.
- Experience in the media, tech, entertainment, or streaming services industries.
- Knowledge of media and entertainment industry trends.
- Familiarity with streaming products/services.
- Experience in a national or global company.
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
