The Creative Strategist will develop and coordinate 360o creative brand strategy pitches & productions for high-profile advertising clients in México and Central America within but not limited to the Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) content environment (TV, Digital, Streaming and BTL Activations).
During the pitching phase, he/she must leverage WBD IPs, content release schedules, network positioning, marketing strategy, commercial formats to create the best multimedia solution to clients' brief. He/she must be able to lead the creative concept development, multimedia branded content strategy, pitch storytelling and present it directly to clients & agencies. During the execution phase, she/he must oversee the creative execution, making sure it follows WBD, clients and project guidelines and standards (brand positioning, legal guidelines, etc).
He/she will work alongside team members such as Producers, Media Planners, Ad Sales Executives and a wider team of Social Media, Marketing, Content Specialists, etc.
Creative Ad Lab is a creative and brand content production department of Warner Bros. Discovery that creates multimedia solutions for clients in Latin America.
Areas of Responsibility
1.Develop 360o creative brand strategy pitches based on client's briefs supported by (and not limited to) WBD IPs, Releases, Networks, Events
2.Develop Creative Pitch (pitch storytelling, campaign creative concept and multimedia strategy) to be pitched internally, to clients & agencies
3. Interface with agencies & clients throughout the project journey
4.Oversee, review and approve production assets based on brand guidelines (WBD & client's), audiovisual standards and approved proposal (SBs, scripts, artworks, SM posts, promo pieces, episodes, activations, etc).
Job Requirements
1.Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Storytelling & Digital Production.
2.Minimum of 2 years of advertising/broadcasting/production industry
3.Above average skills in multimedia branded content campaign pitching, production & execution
4.Broad knowledge and experience in multiplatform content (movies, series, digital content, TV, OTT, advertising, etc)
5.Experience in client service and commercial pitching
6.Above average skills in strong combination of data insights, strategy, and client partner experience
7.Above average skills in verbal and written interpersonal communication in Spanish and English
8.Ability to Promote and facilitate coordination and cooperation among peers (teamwork)
9.Problem solver & forward-thinking mindset
Desirable
1.Passion about entertainment and content production
2.Art direction / copywritting skills (to guide production team)
3.Expert in digital content trends
