The Job
This position oversees/coordinates the internal operations of content for the Max platform. She/he also is responsible to provide content updates, resolving issues and serving as a link between the operational teams and the strategy team.

On this role the Sr. Media Adm. is responsible of maintaining and keep up to date the 30 days Smartsheet tracker, daily follow up on the Media Ops process in all of our properties, to communicate content status in a weekly basis and also to keep a detail tracking status on Original Content Production. (LOP´s).

Additionally, the Sr. media Adm. has a strong knowledge of usage of language, detail oriented, a solid background on internal operation processes and represents our internal team when necessary.

The Daily - Major Activities

Content Management:

- Responsible for getting all the accurate information about content/components status of all of our original content, or of acquired content with the different Ops teams such as: VOD team, Media Ops, Dubbing & Subtitling dept, Strategy team, Metadata teams, Artwork teams etc.

- Responsible to track component/content status

- Responsible to report any content/component issue that may need revision and follow up resolution with the appropriate teams.

- Responsible for skinny creation and update any information that could affect the structure of a content.

- Contributing with the Case Creation/Selection teams on any information needed for the properly content publishing process. 25%

Content Tracking:

- Responsible to track Content/components status needed for publishing. On missing assets, keep a deep follow up status with the appropriate teams.

- To provide updates on content availability in a weekly manner, keep the key teams updated such us: strategy, Content Ops, etc.

- To provide status on critical content and work with the appropriate teams on different scenarios if needed.

- Responsible to handle different type of content that in consequence demands diverse needs . E.g.: Day & Day content, branded content, gold medal content, soecial media content, etc. 25%

Content readliness:

- Responsible to secure the properly publication on time of content under the Max streaming platform

- To secure that all components (video, metadata and artwork) are up to date and corresponds to the content published. 25%

Content troubleshooting/resolution:

- Responsible to follow up issues/rejection with the properly teams as well as with support team for final resolution.

- Responsible to create, deliver and follow up ticket requests to the support team. Track updates and be on top until resolution. 15%

Regional Collaboration:

- Active collaboration with the US team, as well as with the different regions providing publishing status on Latam´s Original Content shared with them. At the same time, track and participate on regional meetings on content shared with Latam. 10%

The Essentials

  • Broad knowledge and experience in Media industry.
  • Ability to Handle challenge situations.
  • Experience in Communication skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience in English language
  • Ability to Set up priorities.

The Nice to Haves

  • Broad knowledge and experience in Operational processes.
  • General knowledge of Project Management
  • General knowledge of OTT Platforms
