Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Accountable for internal revenue forecasting.
- Understand the drivers of demand (e.g. reach, CPM, STR) and ensure that any issues that could be affecting demand are raised in a timely manner.
- Partnering with our appointed agency to develop ad hoc solutions, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
Max Sales Agency Management
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact and closely manage external Sales Agency to ensure accountability of all forecasting and revenue delivery.
- Sponsor innovation with the external agency and within WBD to proactively deliver and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure the commercial model is implemented & executed correctly.
- Provide all training and support to external agency.
- Lead all external agency review sessions.
- Liaison with Sales Agency - providing programming, scheduling, research information and other relevant information for pitches.
- Supporting the agency whilst bringing a WBD stakeholder lens to the table.
- Monitor and manage any payments and/or fees under the commercial model.
- Undertake any required validation & verification.
Partnership Management
- Partner closely with external agency to drive and develop sponsorship and integration opportunities. Project manage these opportunities as required.
- Work with appointed agency and internal WBD teams (e.g. content, ICP, IAS) to develop wider partnerships that add value to client and WBD.
- Collaborate on all pitch sponsorship, integration, and partnership opportunities to clients including ideas development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from external agency and internally.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication to promote collaborative alignment between stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- Extensive senior management experience, ideally including agency and portfolio management.
- Proven experience in achieving through revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in the media industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering revenue strategies.

- Someone with a passion to win, who actively identifies and chases new revenue opportunities.
