Your New Role

We Are Hiring A Senior Manager, Brand Marketing EMEA, Streaming who will serve as the brand champion and steward for Max in the region. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of Brand Strategy, a data-driven mindset to proactively grow Brand metrics and a tireless drive for creative excellence. The Sr. Manager of Brand Marketign for EMEA will lead the brand strategy development for Max in the expanding EMEA region, working closely with local EMEA stakeholders as well as global colleagues to build and grow the Max brand in the region.

Your Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to that effectively evelate and differentiate Max in the marketplace as well as grow brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the VP of Brand and Content Marketing EMEA and SVP of Marketing EMEA and other stakeholders to lead execution of foundational brand work for new market launches in the region.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, merchandising, out of home, and promotions to maximize reach and impact and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially the Regional Streaming Marketing teams, to ensure local insights, local language and market considerations are taken into account in all brand activities, from strategic planning to creative execution.
  • Liase with US-based Global brand team, as well as counterparts in other regions, to ensure a consistent brand voice globally and align on worldwide brand plans.
  • Ensure key stakeholders in the EMEA organization are informed on brand tone of voice, strategy and creative guidelines, such as Social Media, Streaming Creative, Retention, Subscriber Acquisiton, PR, Trade Marketing, Regional Streaming Marketing, etc.
  • Route brand-related communications for approvals with the legal and Global Brand teams.
  • Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in brand marketing efforts in both existing and new markets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of brand marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Oversee brand planning calendar, determining the timing of brand communications in order to meet brand KPI targets.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in brand marketing, preferably within the streaming entertainment industry or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Consumer-obsessed mentality, with an unquenchable curiosity around consumer behaviors and preferences
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • A strong understanding of the streaming business as well as digital marketing channels and emerging trends in social media and content distribution.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
