Job Overview
As a Content Planning & Scheduling Senior Executive, you will execute content scheduling while also contributing to programming decisions. Your role involves orchestrating the scheduling of content to optimize audience engagement and viewership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience preferences.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Content scheduling, monitoring of inventory and tagging for Factual and Lifestyle content.
- Preparing program lists and executing schedules across ANZ.
- Competitive monitoring and analysis in the unscripted and reality content space as well as across market landscape.
- Coordinating with internal teams on product-related issues and system management.
- Working with Customer Experience to manage content-related customer queries in a timely manner.
- Briefing promo materials to Creative Services on the production of promos to push CTA (call to action) of the key titles via our owned and operated platforms.
- Monitoring title performance and utilize data-driven insights and audience analytics to optimize content scheduling and understand audience behavior patterns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in the media or a related field
- Prior Experience / Industry: At least 2 years of experience in media, TV networks or streaming business.
- Knowledge and experience in using programming or promo scheduling system will have an added advantage.
- Keen knowledge in general entertainment and Factual & Lifestyle content.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in delivering good quality of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- High level organizational skills, ability to prioritize and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
