General Summary:
Warner Bros. Discovery Creative APAC is a multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a diverse range of media platforms.
As a Production Associate, you will coordinate on-air and off-air production for ANZ, manage inventory, and handle ad-hoc requests. You will liaise with regional Creative teams to meet production needs, assist Producers in Sydney and Auckland, and maintain a submaster inventory of creative assets. Responsibilities include managing scheduling data, performing quality control checks, and troubleshooting. You will provide status updates to Media Planning, optimize facilities time, and facilitate reporting for media planning and music reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ANZ in all on-air and off-air production matters - i.e. project co-ordination, maintaining inventory, and all other ad-hoc production requests (e.g. on-screen messaging, IPS etc.)
- Liaise between Creative teams in the region to ensure that all production requests for internal and external stakeholders are met.
- Assist Producers based in Sydney and Auckland - including freelance vendors - with follow-up on production matters e.g. material wrangling, and footage ingest.
- Maintain submaster inventory of all creative assets created to allow archiving, customization and repackaging in future, and by other teams globally.
- Manage all scheduling system data entry following the release of allocations/worklists.
- Point person for all quality control checks of promos (e.g. technical) and troubleshooting with the relevant production team members.
- Point person for Media Planning to provide daily status updates on deliveries that may affect on-air schedules, and a key contact for affiliates for cross promotional opportunities.
- Work closely with the Production Manager in utilizing facilities time (audio, mastering) advantageously.
- Facilitate all creative services related to reporting needs internally (media planning) and externally (music reporting).
Qualities Required:
- Driven individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Years of experience: minimum 3 years.
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently when required.
- Vendor / Freelancer management experience.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office software.
- Competent with scheduling systems such as IBMS, iBroadcast.
- Understanding of workflow systems such as Editshare, Asana, Monday.com
