Your New Role
Warner Bros. The People & Culture (P&C) Program Management Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of P&C products and programs across the P&C organization e.g. Reward, Talent, Operations, DEI, Workforce Management, Employee Experience) enabling the successful delivery of a comprehensive, integrated HR transformation program aimed at modernizing and optimizing HR processes, systems, and practices across the organization
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a P&C Program Management Director for the P&C team. This role will be instrumental in enabling our strategy through planning and bringing rigor to P&C projects and programs to enable operational efficiencies, business process improvement and automation to deliver return on investment of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, program management, and large-scale transformation initiatives, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Your Role Accountabilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Collaborate with P&C Partners and CoE Leaders to identify and plan P&C priorities and strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain a P&C Operation and Transformation programmatic view of all initiatives across P&C to underpin 3-year roadmap.
- Drive scoping & planning of an enterprise-wide HR transformation program that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful transformation across P&C function (talent, reward, operations, DEI, etc.).
Program Management Office (PMO)
- Establish and lead the P&C Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee the day-to-day management and governance of the transformation program.
- Develop and maintain program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools for tracking progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure program milestones are met on time and within budget, adjusting plans as necessary to respond to changing business needs or challenges.
- Lead the creation of detailed project plans, schedules, and resource management strategies to ensure effective execution of all program activities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a liaison between HR, business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment, clear communication, and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular program updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, and providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate change management efforts to promote organization-wide adoption of new HR systems, processes, and practices.
- Partner with P&C CoE and Partner Leaders to design, implement and continuously improve P&C programs and systems to enhance employee experience and drive a high-performance culture
Risk, Issue, and Change
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to program delivery.
- Implement & manage change control processes to ensure program objectives remain aligned with business needs and evolving priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine program delivery and increase overall efficiency.
Reporting
- Develop and track KPIs to measure success of P&C product, program and services across all of P&C
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding program progress and success across all initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 + years of proven experience in HR program and or product management
- Proven track record of delivering significant and complex projects using robust project management techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, prioritizing and delegating effectively.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and to effectively influence others and manage conflict.
- Excellent decision-making abilities, knowing when to engage appropriate resources for problem resolution
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering complex messages and concepts in a clear and engaging way, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement PMO processes and operating practices that minimize risk and drive efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
