優先される業務の目的:

P&Cコーディネーターは、P&Cに関する様々な管理業務を担当します。P&Cコーディネーターには組織的、タイムマネジメント優れた事務処理能力、ITスキルなどマルチタスク能力をこなします。この職務はピープルパートナーをはじめ、給与、エンプロイーコネクション、採用チーム、タレントディベロップメントチームと密接に仕事を行います。

主な仕事内容:

  • PCPのサポート体制を築きながら、ビジネスを効果的にサポートしビジネスの目的を理解し光家剣する。
  • 就業規則などをはじめ社内諸規則、労働法を理解し、People&Cultureパートナーや事業部門をサポートする。
  • 人事月次レポートの作成、更新、管理
  • 人事関連情報の機密性を確保する。
  • 日常的な管理業務および P&C パートナーのサポートを行う。
  • P&C ミーティングやトレーニングの手配、必要に応じてメモや議事録の作成

People &Culture

  • 勤怠・その他の休暇等のデータの確認とレポート作成
  • 人事関連データの作成と管理
  • 産業医の予約手配とスケジュール調整
  • 健康診断の予約手配とスケジュール調整
  • P&Cの必要なミーティングへの参加と議事録の作成
  • 社員からの問い合わせやサポート

Administration

  • オフィス用品の購入
  • 郵便物の配布・管理
  • 福利厚生プログラム手配のサポート
  • 日々のアドミニストレーション業務
  • 人事ステム(Workday)を使用した業務

求める業務経験:

  • 人事の実務経験 3年以上
  • 多国籍企業での就業経験
  • ホスピタリティやリテールなどのB to C企業での勤務経験
  • スタートアップのオペレーション経験 歓迎

求めるスキル

  • 計画的に物事を進めること
  • モチベーションと向上心を持ってゴールを達成できること
  • チームワーク・柔軟性
  • 優先順位をつけて業務に取り組むこと
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Word,Excel,PPT)Excelは中級以上が望ましい

Business Unit Overview:

  • People & Culture team is divided into different areas of expertise such as People Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Connection, Payroll and People Culture partner(PCP) group that works as a business partner. The PCP team are deeply involved in all aspects of their respective business units to create a partnership relation that contributes to the success of the business.

Primary Purpose of the Job:

P&C coordinator to undertake a variety of P&C administrative duties. P&C coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with organizational and time management skills, excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitasking. This role will work closely with all HR specialist such as People Culture partners, People development, Payroll, Employee connections, and Talent Acquisition.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop close working relationships and understanding of business goals to support the P&C team and the business effectively
  • Understanding of work rules and Code of Ethics, local labor laws and regulations and supports People&Culture Partners and business units
  • Create, Update and maintain HR monthly reports
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all HR personnel-related information at all times
  • Provides day-to-day administrative and P&C support
  • Coordination of P&C related meetings and training and preparing minutes if necessary

People & Culture

  • Checking and supporting to consolidate work attendance and paid leave data
  • Creating and maintain HR relevant data from workday
  • Supporting to arrange company doctor appointment and coordination
  • Supporting and attending to create minutes of P&C initiative meetings
  • Supporting to arrange health check-up appointment and coordination
  • Welcome new joiners and assisting onboarding when necessary

Administration

  • Procure office supplies
  • Managing mails and distribute
  • Support HR in employee fringe benefit
  • Providing administrative tasks for daily operation of P&C
  • Using Workday

Selection Criteria:

Relevant Previous Work Experience

  • (3+ years) experience in People&Culture or HR
  • Working in International company
  • Experience in customer service or retailing industry is a plus
  • Experience in start-up operations of facilities is a plus.
  • Associate degree or above

Skills Required

  • Well organized and committed.
  • Develop and motivate individuals and team to achieve goals.
  • Work as part of a team with a flexible approach.
  • Communicate in a timely & effective manner to enhance storage operations.
  • Ability to prioritize and improve efficiently.
  • IT literate.
  • English - Intermediate (Written and Reading)

Working Pattern:

  • Because of the adaptive nature of this role, flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.
  • 7.5 - hour workday
