Your New Role

This role will provide on the ground administrative and project support to WBD's EVP of Total Rewards, EVP, P&C Operations & Transformation and EVP Talent in partnership with their lead EA. This role will partner closely with additional team members in a collaborative way to support WBD's People and Culture's 'Center Of Excellence' (COE) leaders and the function as a whole.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Help support activities across a global team - collaborating with colleagues around the world to solve problems, organize events and identify opportunities to help our team operate smoothly and deliver more impact
  • Under the guidance of their Executive Assistant, provide day to day support to three Executives including managing calendars, making travel plans, processing expenses, setting up events and coordinating with internal and external colleagues
  • Supports initiatives and projects across the COE function including in the areas of; benefits & well-being, talent development & attraction, transformation & operations.
  • Handle logistics for internal, external and virtual meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Demonstrate an appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality in handling and managing communications.
  • Follow up on various activities and projects as directed to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide assistance with ad hoc projects and reporting
  • Assists with creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed
  • Maintains a strong organizational system for all materials and information
  • Oversees general office operations, including but not limited to keeping inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with building personnel

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1- 3 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to effectively engage and collaborate across a diverse, global and dynamic team of varying levels
  • Professional judgment with respect to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to deal with executive-level management and staff in a highly professional manner
  • Able to research resources, troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Strong customer service skills -resolving issues with a focus on customer/employee experience
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Sense of curiosity and discovery - desire to learn, research, experiment, and collaborate
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced global company
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
