Your New Role...

The Partner Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA Partner Marketing team, supporting the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our streaming services. This role works across Digital Partner Marketing, Wholesale Partnerships, and 3rd Party Promotional Campaigns, helping to execute and coordinate partner activity across global platforms, wholesale distributors, and external promotional partners throughout the region. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Partner Marketing Specialist helps bring strategic campaigns to life through flawless project coordination, asset management, and performance tracking.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, wholesale, and third-party partners, ensuring timely delivery and smooth coordination across all stages.
  • Contribute to project planning and track marketing activity across EMEA commercial partners, ensuring all campaigns are on schedule and aligned to business priorities.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and launch of new platform and wholesale partners, acting as a key liaison within the EMEA Partnerships team.
  • Manage partner creative requests, briefing into internal teams and supporting the development of digital, social, and editorial assets for use across partner channels.
  • Deliver and maintain accurate metadata and content descriptions for partner communications (e.g., newsletters, pitches, and content presentations).
  • Support partner marketing activity around priority content, including merchandising, loyalty programs, and earned/editorial placements.
  • Collaborate with internal insights teams to gather data and performance metrics, ensuring partner reporting, trackers, and post-campaign analysis are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain key partner documentation, including content proposition decks, trackers, and campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Understanding of the broadcast, streaming, and SVOD landscape, with knowledge of multi-platform distribution and partner marketing practices.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of building relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work independently where required.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a focus on quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
