Your New Role

Warner Bros. Games is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team at our New York studio. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking on a variety of administrative and support tasks for all studio staff while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in a small, collaborative environment.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Understand the company's products, offering and competitive environment to provide relevant assistance;
  • Greet all office visitors with a professional and positive attitude. Assist visitors with sign in, NDAs and connection to their respective WB employee;
  • Partner with accounting on monthly close process
  • Create all blanket and standard purchase orders to enable procurement of goods and services for the company
  • Maintain an active and open communication channel with all facility vendors from the Landlord's building management and cleaners to the support vendors for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security, etc;
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, anticipating and ordering supplies
  • Interface with studio vendors and various external WB contacts
  • Actively engage with and assist in the planning and execution of staff morale events as needed;
  • Manage and maintain community outreach events
  • Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to the management of weekly meetings; travel and expense reporting; candidate travel planning and office supply inventories;
  • Provide general administrative support for the staff. This includes copying, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, interview scheduling and special projects as needed
  • Assist with the coordination of studio events including parties, movie nights, meetings, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • 3-5 years in an office administrative role, preferably with procurement experience;
  • Strong technical skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task
  • Eagerness to assist others and step in when help is needed

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $36,764.00 - $68,276.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
