Obowiązki:

  • Obsługa ad servera - zarządzanie inventory oraz realizacja kampanii reklamowych display, video
  • Ścisła współpraca ze sprzedażą w zakresie przygotowania i realizacji kampanii online
  • Bezpośrednia współpraca z Domami Mediowymi i Agencjami Kreatywnymi w zakresie przygotowania i realizacji kampanii online
  • Kontrola zgodności materiałów reklamowych ze specyfikacją techniczną.
  • Kontrola i analiza emisji
  • Zarządzanie zmianami materiałów reklamowych w trakcie trwania kampanii online
  • Raportowanie oraz przygotowywanie statystyk po zakończeniu kampanii online

Oczekiwania:

  • Znajomość Excel - poziom średniozaawansowany
  • Analityczny umysł, skupienie na szczegółach
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, multizadaniowość
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • Angielski - poziom B2
  • Podstawowa znajomość budowy stron internetowych i języka html

Mile widziane:

  • Podstawowa znajomość rynku mediowego
  • Doświadczenie w pracy na adserverach Google Ad Manager, AdOcean
  • Doświadczenie pracy w firmie mediowej - broker, agencja, dom mediowy, nadawca
  • Wykształcenie - profil informatyczny lub podobny

Responsibilities:

  • Operating the ad server - managing inventory and executing display and video advertising campaigns
  • Close cooperation with the sales team in preparing and executing online campaigns
  • Direct collaboration with Media Houses and Creative Agencies in preparing and executing online campaigns
  • Ensuring compliance of advertising materials with technical specifications.
  • Monitoring and analyzing ad delivery
  • Managing changes to advertising materials during the online campaign
  • Reporting and preparing statistics after the online campaign ends

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills, multitasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • English - B2 level
  • Basic knowledge of website structure and HTML

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of the media market
  • Experience working with ad servers like Google Ad Manager, AdOcean
  • Experience working in a media company - broker, agency, media house, broadcaster
  • Education - IT profile or similar

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
