As part of the Max EMEA Streaming Brand and Content Team, you will support both the Brand & Content and Social Media Teams.
Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks (such as finances and general operations), creating presentations, assisting in campaign development, and contributing to the creation of multi-title video assets.
Additionally, you will support the EMEA Organic Social Media team by scheduling and publishing posts across multiple markets, tagging content in social media management tools, and contributing to creative ideation and briefings based on trending topics for key brand channels like Instagram and TikTok.
As part of the Brand & Content Team, your areas of responsibility include:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, take meeting notes, follow up action points with the teams;
- Help to organize internal documents and materials;
- Create & track POs in the financial system, onboard new vendors, follow up payments
- Assist in the creation of Creative Development presentations and Marketing Campaign decks.
- Follow up with cross-functional teams to add to the decks; make sure the overall presentation style is coordinated
- Deadline management and follow-up: track project timelines and follow up deadlines with markets and teams
- Assist in creative asset development:
As part of the Organic Social Media Team, your areas of responsibility include:
- Supporting publishing & scheduling posts in multiple markets on our Max brand handles
- Tagging published posts in the social media management tool (Sprout) with a specific taxonomy
- Creating and briefing social media ideas tying to Max titles and actual trends for key channels (Instagram, TikTok)
Our requirements:
- Ongoing Marketing/Media/Business studies
- Previous experience in brand marketing and/or social media is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills
- Flexible mindset, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the streaming industry, entertainment brands, content marketing
- A genuine, enthusiastic, and passionate fan of pop culture and new trends with familiarity and excitement for our content and product
- Interest in brand building, campaign management, social media strategies
- Strong affinity for creative ideation
- Available to work from the office at least one day per week to facilitate in-person local team collaborations
