The Job:
The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies & plans for our adult animation offerings. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in marketing, particularly in the entertainment & animation sector, who can effectively collaborate across teams and ensure the brand's integrity and consistency across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans working coordinately with go-to-market teams.
• Work closely wih cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative Services, Social Media, Consumer Products, Ad-Sales, and Communications, maximizing our brand and message expansion.
• Safeguard the brand's integrity by overseeing its implementation across all regional initiatives, ensuring consistency with global standards.
• Act as the key contact point for global teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to align regional efforts with global strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, making informed investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and plans based on KPI reviews to drive optimal results.
• Oversee the strategy for regional owned and operated media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing within the entertainment industry, with a focus on adult animation preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in budget management and performance analysis
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English
