Your New Role...
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support a variety of projects relating to theatrical releases to oversee various projects related to US theatrical releases. You will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, ensuring task completion, managing logistics, and providing progress updates to all stakeholders. You will be part of our Marketing team, known for its excellence in creativity and operations, and will collaborate closely with the Executive Marketing Director to engage millions worldwide with our stories.
This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Please submit your application in English.
Your Role Accountabilities...
MEDIA MARKETING
- Coordinates promotional materials and localization with creative agencies through briefing and deliveries.
- Delivers AV/Print/Digital assets for online and offline media campaigns
- Keeps records and reports on online and digital (media) activities of competitors and other stakeholders.
SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCE
- Uploads, localizes, coordinates and distributes social media apps/banners/skins/tabs/games/etc
- Manages web portals and social media channels & social media agenda.
- Analyzes social media channels and reports on results and learnings and online buzz and activities.
- Proposes creative selection from the international below-the-line pool
- Coordinates content choices and copy for paid social media exposure
- Execution of big ideas regarding influencers/events & organic social media
- Create and maintain strong relationships with A-tier content creators and their agencies.
- Manage influencers database, look for the best A-tier content creators at events
- Coordinates content creator activations and campaigns (paid & unpaid)
TRADE MARKETING
- Coordinates execution of trade marketing activities with Belux exhibitors.
- Regular updates of the marketing portal with new materials, information's, ...
- Production of exhibitor needs such as outdoor and indoor art
- Collaborations/guidance on local activities for exhibitors for releasing films
- Manages trade marketing budget
- Orders and distributes point of sale materials and trailers
- Coordinates and orders premiums and other promotion materials and international campaign exposure reporting
- Provides status updates on trade marketing activities
GENERAL
- Actively participates in the local premieres and events.
- Monitors and follows up on international guidelines
- Shares plans, creatives, activities, and evaluations with colleagues
- Handles administrative requirements regarding financial commitments (PO's)
Qualifications & Experience...
- Relevant academic background in Communication, or Marketing
- A first relevant and challenging experience
- An interest in or passion for movies is a must-have.
- Excellent communication skills in Flemish, French & English (verbal and in writing)
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Social media affinities
