The Market Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for providing a centralized source of data, guidelines, and strategic insights that empower local Front Office and Ad Sales teams. The main goal is to ensure that key information is available to support business decision-making, optimize sales opportunities, and guarantee compliance with WBD legal guidelines.
The Daily - Major Activities
- Maintain and update legal/compliance guidelines, opportunity calendars, talent/format catalogs, programming information, Theatrical/MAX/LOPs tentpoles, IP-brand books, training materials, and more.
- Collaborate with teams across markets to share ideas, best practices, templates, and frameworks that drive new business opportunities for Ad Sales.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to drive advertising sales growth.
- Facilitate the exchange of relevant information across teams and coordinate data integration into the central hub.
- Act as the liaison between multiple departments (programming, acquisitions, commercial clearance, revenue ops, marketing, legal, live events, etc.).
The Essentials
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 year experience working in similar positions with cross-functional teams, such as: marketing, and legal/compliance departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Fluency in spanish and english.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, but also self-driven and capable of working independently when needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
The Nice to Haves
- Advanced portuguese.
- Knowledge of WBD legal and compliance guidelines related to advertising and copyright.
- Familiarity with sales strategy development and how market intelligence supports business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
