The Job:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Affiliates Marketing SEA, this role will oversee all MAX and linear channel affiliates, MVPD & Telco marketing initiatives in Singapore and the SEA region. He / She will lead all efforts that culminate into bringing alive MAX and WBD's suite of linear channels to the viewers through concerted partner marketing initiatives. The role requires to bring in the balance between brand and business thinking to drive Max and linear channels reach and revenue building efforts to drive key KPI subscriber KPIs & revenue goals.

The Team:

The Partner Marketing team services more than 50 partners across SEA and our team's mission is to ensure the balance between brand and business objectives to drive subscriber & revenue goals while driving pop culture moments for our brands and partners.

As a team, we are responsible for strategizing and promoting brand and key content awareness on partner platforms to drive acquisition and retention of subscribers. We also provide training and sales front liner engagement to keep our brands and channels top of mind amongst partner sales teams. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive a cohesive partner marketing strategy that is in alignment with global and regional goals and plans. Key levers to achieve the objectives beings - content, channels and services ranging from movies, factual & lifestyle, general entertainment and kids genres across all their platforms.

The Daily:

Campaign specific:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to design a cohesive & customized partner marketing strategy with clearly defined measurable outcomes across subs, reach & EMV


  • Align channel and brand strategies with partner marketing campaigns to achieve campaign objectives.


  • Leverage on partner platforms such as on-air, online, print, EDM, SMS, radio, social media, on-ground to amplify campaign reach and awareness.


  • Oversee any on-ground activation/campaign for brand presence and maintain share of voice in the market - drive acquisition, retention and increase subscribers' engagement.


  • Develop sales incentive programs and support partners on frontliner engagement programs such as quarterly key content & sales training sessions.


  • Evaluate training needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop training programs that are aligned across business goals.


  • Brief in and deliver campaign creative assets for partners.


  • Compile post-campaign reports with performance and result analysis.


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performances to shape partner marketing strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.


  • Manage external vendors for marketing collaterals/premiums/media drops/festive gifts.


  • Plan and manage partner budgets by tracking campaign spends and payment processing.


  • Work with internal comms team and partners to develop and implement strategic public relations activities to generate publicity of channels and key content.

The Essentials

  • Bachelors' degree : 5 - 7 year's experience in partner marketing across affiliates, MVPDs, telcos, digital partners


  • Experienced and skilled in developing best in class multi-media partner marketing campaigns that are creatively compelling & customized to partners. Should have firm grasp on media planning across TV, digital, OOH, social


  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in an evolving and fast paced environment - collaborative & collegiate


  • Ability to communicate cross functionally and across levels.


  • Excellent presentation making and presentation skills + ability to blend strategic vision with seamless and on point execution


  • Comfortable with follow ups and chasing the ball to the last mile


  • Deep understanding and relationships within the Singapore & SEA partners landscape


  • Love for all things entertainment and pop culture and of course WBD legacy and a passionate drive to build the future with MAX


  • Proficient in reading, speaking and presenting in Mandarin
