Manager, Client Success
Job Summary:
Assist VP and Directors, Client Success in managing a team of individuals responsible for the pre-sale process of media planning along with campaign management of live campaigns through invoicing for WBD's digital properties and offerings. This individual will lead team development in the building of media plans given pricing and inventory direction and will also manage the effective monitoring of campaign media as well as other client deliverables. They willgrow and mentor the client success team to provide white glove service with the goal of driving incremental revenue. They will be responsible for keeping the day-to-day business thriving, and becoming more efficient.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of CSMs/CSCs dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned clients
- Coordinates hiring and on-boarding of new team members. Creates and maintains documentation/training materials and identifies areas where additional training is needed to improve team performance
- Fosters a positive culture to encourage engagement, motivation, and team growth
- Partners with Operations counterparts including but not limited to, Pricing and Inventory, Yield, Sales Development, Product Strategy, Linear Counterparts, Ad Ops, Ad Tech to ensure we deliver all booked revenue in period
- Liaisons with Director and supporting teams to ensure strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
- Guides the team in managing campaigns via stewardship and partnership with Yield and Campaign Management, advise/execute necessary yield optimizations
- Provides recommendations on how to better improve current processes/strategies and helps implement new processes/strategies
- Coach team on how to recommend the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective media mixes to achieve client KPIs
- Evaluates the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future campaigns
- Provides support for larger sales initiatives, including convergence, innovation, AI, DDV and new product launches
- Recommends efficiencies and implement work stream to achieve them
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- At least 3 ½ years experience in digital planning, account management, sales strategy or related jobs in the media industry
- Critical thinker, self-starter
- Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
- Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS office/Google Suite
- Strong communicator with ability to adjust / adapt to situations to maximize results
- Knowledge of industry technologies and systems (Operative, Salesforce)
- Ability to work in a remote environment (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and pivot daily
- Ability to lead and work with a diverse team
- Must have legal right to work in the US

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
