Your New Role...

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Measurement & Attribution team that is part of the larger WBD Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department at Warner Bros Discovery in the role of Manager, Audience Measurement. This position will be focused on evaluating and testing new innovative solutions for measuring and valuing audiences (broad demo and advanced audiences) to drive greater value for Warner Bros Discovery's advertiser partners.

The Manager role on the Audience Measurement team will work closely with our currency and measurement partners to understand how they count viewers as their products continue to evolve and provide guidance that leads to greater accuracy. This person will help design and execute tests/Proof-of-Concepts in addition to compiling and sharing learnings to help drive adoption. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the methodological differences used across media measurement suppliers and have a working knowledge of data and systems used in digital & linear advertising. The ideal person is a nimble, go-getter who enjoys collaborating with partners. This position calls for a candidate that both exhibits operational excellence in the responsibilities they manage and is adept at identifying innovative solutions to potential issues that might arise during the course of a project.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Collaborate with Ad Sales teams to ensure clarity of WBD's audience measurement offerings to our brand and agency clients, as well as gather feedback to prioritize features in the product roadmaps for Multicurrency.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of linear & digital datasets (includes 3P and 1P data) that employ methodological revisions that will alter reported audience levels to ascertain the potential impact to WBD and brand and agency clients.
  • Help identify measurement gaps and methodological/product enhancements needed to evolve measurement of OOH, linear addressable, digital, etc.
  • Track and synthesize the data assets & methodology for common 3rd party measurement offerings that WBD or their advertiser partners might have an interest in.
  • Serves as a resource for other groups in the Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department on projects where advanced measurement methodology input will be valuable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our core measurement partners to leverage their companies' unique data offerings and methodological expertise to drive incremental improvements in the measurement offerings that WBD brings to the market.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • 4-8 years at an ad-tech, media measurement, programmer or ad agency where their role provided hands on-experience experience in media measurement and the development of measurement products
  • Solid knowledge of the major linear and digital TV measurement reporting services (e.g. Comscore, iSpot.tv, Nielsen and VideoAmp, in alphabetical order)
  • Experience and familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R) that can be used to conduct data analyses
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, mathematics, marketing analytics, statistics, economics)
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $87,500.00 - $162,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
