Your New Role...

A portion of the Creative Services Sports Unit (CSSU) is responsible for the ideation and execution of branded content for TNT Sports linear platforms (TNT, TBS, TRUTV, NBATV). This branded content airs within TNT Sports game and studio production of many high-profile properties including NBA, NHL, NCAA March Madness, NASCAR, NCAA Football, MLB, US Soccer, Roland Garros, and The Match.

The CSSU branded content team consists of two sub-groups; the creatives that write concepts and scripts, handle shoots, and oversee post-production. The other sub-group are the project managers that painstakingly communicate with internal and external partners and clients, organizing and tracking projects from proposal to completion ultimately ensuring on-time delivery and airing. These two sub-groups work together on a daily basis to generate compelling revenue producing content that reflects well on TNT Sports as well as the partner's brand.

This role will work on the creative side and closely with the project management side of the CSSU branded content team. This role will report to the Sr. Coordinating producer and interact daily with producers, project managers, post-production staff ,and live production staff. This position is responsible for a number of support duties that fortify CSSU's ability to keep projects organized and provide producers with necessary tools to ensure creative success.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Oversee integration edits and graphic/animation builds.

• Oversee sizzle reel edits, being resourceful in gathering necessary elements and assets.

• Contribute to the branded content ideation process and help develop integration concepts.

• Communicate effectively with creative team and project managers.

• Maintain an in-person work presence in Midtown Atlanta office/studios as required.

• Attend and assist creative team at local shoots.

• Be a conduit between producers and DMC team assuring shot footage is delivered properly.

• Work closely with producers and project managers to help secure assets necessary for edit.

• Track down and distribute branded executions once they air.

• Ensure finished projects/assets are delivered to EVS and set for air.

• Contribute to awards/presentation submission process as needed.

• Help oversee creation of branded open animations/graphics.

Qualifications & Experiences...

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Innovative and creative thinking skills.

• The ability to learn quickly, work hard, and handle multiple projects at a time.

• Knowledge and understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X).

• Flexibility to work long and unconventional hours.

• The ability to work full time in our midtown Atlanta studios.

• A BA in Communication, Journalism, graphic design or TV/Film recommended.

• A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere pro, Photo shop is a plus.

• A general knowledge and interest in the TNT Sports major properties.

• A familiarity with TNT Sports on-air personalities.

• A general knowledge of Warner Bros. Discovery networks/properties.
