Your New Role

Under supervision of President performs various administrative duties. In addition to general administrative responsibilities, this position also collects and pulls reports used to determine box-office projections, as well as drive specialized market plans

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to the following: manages executive calendar independently or directed, coordinates/arranges travel, maintains office supplies, prepares and processes expense reports, and manages various general office duties.
  • Independently handles a large volume of incoming communications and responds or redirects as appropriate. Composes correspondence and emails for supervisor's review, manages, screens, logs and places calls, and other various general Theatrical Distribution inquires.
  • Responsible for overseeing numerous multi-step projects, including schedules, reports and matrixes. Takes photocopies of reports, documents and other materials.
  • Liaise with Theatrical Distribution management as it relates to ongoing inter-departmental projects. This includes:
  • Assessing industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Understanding strategic division and industry overviews.
  • Coordinate with senior executives to support and execute new initiatives and processes.
  • Exhibit and maintain a strong competitive knowledge of industry practices, trends and developments. Performs research as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with the President and Distribution Senior Leadership Team on the operations of the business and near-term strategic decisions related to specific feature-film releases
  • Formulates presentations to share findings and recommendations for senior management critical to the decision making process.
  • Applies a high level understanding of modern office software applications including MS OneDrive and MS Outlook, while keeping devices updated and secure. Ensures that reports and business apps are synchronized across cloud accounts, in addition to managing archives and email folder organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills are essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneDrive and MS Outlook required.
  • Must have strong quantitative skills and be able to think strategically.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $56,012.00 - $104,023.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
