Early Talent Global Design Intern: NYC - Summer 2025

Your New Role

This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager's in office schedule. As a Branding & Design intern, you will get to assist to be part of creating content to engage interns and attract future talent. In this role, you will wear many hats: photographer, videographer, and designer. The content you create will live on the career site, social platforms, and more! You will also get to design marketing materials for the intern program and for external broader branding teams.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Focus on Early Talent Internal Use Marketing Materials like slide decks used to present for interns, apprentices, new grads, and associates
  • Help build Canva Templates for self-service items for the teams to use for promoting open reqs, one-pagers for program use, and more
  • Assist in creating digital marketing materials for external/recruiting events like building out brand kit items for TechPrep, Pathways, ROAD, MBA Trek, VIEW, and more
  • Work on ad hoc brand design requests from the team
  • Help manage project status through Asana
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, materials, or other assets, organize and label them systematically for easy access, keep the asset library updated and accurate, and contribute creatively to photoshoots, video production, and other design projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in the following programs: Asana (or any project management tool esperience), Adobe Creative Suite (specifically: Illustrator, After Effect, Photoshop, Premiere), Canva , Microsoft Office Suite


  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)


  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)


  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)


  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.

What to know before applying:

  • The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks.


  • Program date options:

Option 1: June 2nd - August 15th

Option 2: June 9th - August 22nd

  • Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.


  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.


  • Interviewing will take place from February through mid-April. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
