Zakres obowiązków:

  • kontrola nad procesem wydawania oraz zdawania pojazdów do realizacji zadań produkcji telewizyjnej zgodnie z bieżącym zapotrzebowaniem
  • monitorowanie stanu technicznego pojazdów - w tym organizacja i planowanie badań, przeglądów technicznych i napraw
  • monitorowanie lokalizacji pojazdów za pomocą systemu GPS
  • dbanie o czystość pojazdu, kompletność wyposażenia oraz kontrolę poziomu płynów eksploatacyjnych
  • nadzór nad sezonową wymianą opon
  • obsługa programów ewidencji i obsługi floty (Word, Excel, Softra)
  • bieżące wsparcie użytkowników w sprawach związanych z flotą (wypadki, kolizje, problemy techniczne)
  • egzekwowanie przestrzegania zasad polityki flotowej przez użytkowników

Wymagania:

  • wykształcenie średnie techniczne, mile widziany profil samochodowy
  • prawo jazdy kat. B
  • znajomość rynku motoryzacyjnego/ubezpieczeniowego oraz specyfiki pracy serwisów samochodowych
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
  • znajomość zagadnień MS Office
  • znajomość obsługi systemu ToyBox lub innego do zarządzania środkami trwałymi
  • znajomość obsługi systemu Carmen lub innego do zarządzania flotą samochodową
  • praca stacjonarna zmianowa/ weekendowa

Responsibilities:

  • overseeing the process of issuing and returning vehicles for television production tasks according to current needs
  • monitoring the technical condition of vehicles, including organizing and planning inspections, technical reviews, and repairs
  • monitoring vehicle locations using the GPS system
  • ensuring vehicle cleanliness, completeness of equipment, and checking fluid levels
  • supervising seasonal tire changes
  • using fleet management and record-keeping programs (Word, Excel, Softra)
  • providing ongoing support to users regarding fleet-related issues (accidents, collisions, technical problems)
  • enforcing compliance with fleet policy rules by users

Requirements:

  • secondary technical education, preferably in automotive profile
  • category B driving license
  • knowledge of the automotive/insurance market and the specifics of car service operations
  • communicative level of English
  • knowledge of MS Office
  • familiarity with the ToyBox system or other fixed asset management systems
  • familiarity with the Carmen system or other fleet management systems
  • stationary shift/weekend work

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
