Your New Role...
WBD Access is the part of the company's Diversity, equity and inclusion agenda and ensures that there is a constant pipeline of undeniable world-class talent. This team is dedicated to making Warner Bros Discovery the leader in this space.
Our organization is looking for an intern to support this programme globally.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Programme logistics: helping conceptualise programmes, drafting application materials, updating website copy, onboarding participants, event coordination, creating project management documents and helping to evaluate programmes through surveys and feedback forms.
- Social Media: Draft social media copy and build assets
- Research: research and gather information on global trends in the DEI talent development space
- Admin support: pay invoices, set up meetings, take notes, create presentations (Canva)
This list is subject to adjustment depending on the needs.
Qualifications & Experience...
- You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.
- Experience in supporting/rolling out large-scale programmes preferably in training/development areas
- Good written English communications skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interest in DEI
- Pro-active and solution oriented
- Team player
- Flexible
The Internship...
- Salary: £28,000
- Contract Length: 10-12 months
- Start Date: Likely to be 8th September 2024
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
- You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more.
- You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!
Next Steps...
- Stage 1: Submit your CV as soon as possible (we will close adverts when we have enough applications).
- Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue.
- Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interviews via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in April.
- Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place May-June.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
