Your New Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Business Management (TBM) Director who will lead and establish our TBM practice. The ideal candidate will have a unique mix of functional competencies, operational acumen, and strategic mindset. This role is ideal for someone who will roll up your sleeves, take ownership, drive buy-in and implementation of strategic initiatives, who has demonstrated success in leading and executing, who has experience in creating and improving processes, who is technology- minded, and who can effectively communicate and be comfortable in a dynamic fast-growing company. Strong candidates will have a demonstrated record of success working in uncertain environments, having driven strategic priorities with a high level of independence. This is a client and executive facing role that requires being able to balance multiple projects, priorities, and detail while cultivating a trusted relationship with global partners and managing a team.

The TBM Director is a member of the Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team within Technology & Operations (T&O) Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy (EAS) organization. This position will report directly into the VP, Technology Business Solutions

Your Role Accountabilities:

TBM Focused :

  • Establish and lead the TBM practice, including defining the vision, strategy, operating model and maturity roadmap


  • Implement TBM frameworks to provide transparency into IT costs, TCO, show back, consumption, operational and financial performance


  • Gather, cleanse, and process data from various sources, lead the creation of TBM predicative models using machine learning algorithms. Validate and refine models to ensure accuracy and reliability


  • Stand up TBM governance structure to ensure reporting compliance and progress towards performance targets. Architect and apply cost optimization processes


  • Drive benchmark analysis, studies, and best practices to help measure and elevate the WBD management practices


  • Design and build analytical models and dashboard to interpret large complex data from various sources, derive conclusions, and communicate insights. Define workaround and assumptions where data gaps are present


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions


  • Deliver complex business models to include cost stimulators, TCO models, business cases, show back and trade off studies. As a result, drive insight, shed light on pain points and construct recommendations to validate opportunities relevance


  • Manage the practice's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI through TBM practices.


  • Partner with senior leadership, business domains, and external customers to identify and recommend opportunities based on TBM insights


  • Support strategy execution projects in the area of innovation and transformation- provide solution architecture to streamline, globalize, standardize, optimize and modernize T&O's capabilities


  • Drive technology/business process re-engineering efforts. Comprehend, document, and analyze complex business and architecture workflows, collaborate with functionals teams to define areas of improvement and design future state process


  • Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs


  • Develop deep and trust relationships with key partners and use the knowledge of their business processes and requirements to drive technology strategy work prioritization


  • Deliver executive material and analytics dashboards


  • Mange consultant and tech vendors on strategic engagements by providing direction, guidance, and oversight


  • Build and lead a high-performance team of technology and data analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a customer focused culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • 8 years of industry work experience, with at least 3 years of technology management experience and 5 yrs in financial management and analytics domains preferred.


  • Past experience in data management and strategic planning is required


  • Understanding of TBM frameworks and methodologies


  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Phython..etc)


  • Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)


  • Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost optimization strategies. Ability to deliver financial based models, calculations, and analysis.


  • Knowledge in AI and machine learning techniques including the development and implementation of predictive models


  • Ability to understand and develop architectural diagrams


  • Ability to develop quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data sets to synthesize relevant recommendations.


  • Advanced MS excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Lucid skills is a must
