YOUR NEW ROLE
The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns for both HBO Max and discovery+. S/he is a CRM operations professional who is detail-oriented, truly passionate about CRM, and has excellent campaign management skills.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- End-to-end campaign management, including:
- Recommend best practice for audience segmentation and set up method to launch a successful marketing program or campaign
- Building ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze and/or Blueshift platforms
- Routing campaign builds through necessary stakeholders
- Tracking campaign status and scheduling on the project board
- Deploying campaigns in Braze and/or Blueshift
- Partner closely with stakeholders from marketing strategy to fulfill strategic objectives
- Partner closely with creative, MarTech, and legal to fulfill campaign requests.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Min. 2 years of experience in CRM operations including audience segmentation, and working with email and push channels; in-app messaging or further channel experiences are a plus
- Experience working with enterprise-level ESP tools; Braze or Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing, and email or push channels best practices
- Experience in managing projects through Monday.com, Asana, JIRA or a similar platform experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing and business teams
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Fluency writing and speaking in English is required
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload efficiently
