Your New Role
As a CMS Specialist within the EMEA Subscriber Acquisition team, reporting to the lead CMS Specialist & Designer based in Warsaw, your primary goal will be to drive subscriber growth and revenue for Max & Discovery+ across the EMEA region.
You will build and maintain subscription acquisition pages using CMS platforms, leveraging your expertise in front-end design, CSS, and Figma to create visually appealing and highly functional marketing landing pages and in-app experiences.
Your role will be critical in enhancing conversion rates through continuous page testing, optimisation, and collaboration with marketing, development, and design teams to implement effective strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to SEO initiatives to boost page performance in search engine rankings.
We seek a detail-oriented CMS Specialist who has a passion for digital experiences, entertainment, and user-centric design. Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and Figma, coupled with intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, is essential.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Design, build, and manage user-focused subscription pages using CMS tools.
- Utilise strong CSS skills to edit and refine page styling and layout.
- Ensure existing web content remains relevant, accurate, and engaging.
- Develop, prototype, and test landing pages/modules to enhance conversion.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise web experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative optimisation strategies.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of CMS platforms and proficiency in Figma.
- Strong intermediate-level skills in CSS and HTML.
- Experience using JavaScript and JSON.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and diplomatically.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
