Your New Role...

The Business Coordinator will primarily focus on providing a full range of administrative and operational support to the Growth team within CNN's Digital Product and Services. This position will also support other areas as needed.

This individual must be good at fostering relationships across departments and cities to provide seamless service for clients.

You will be required to liaise with business partners such as Facilities, Human Resources, and Production Technology.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • You are THE go-to person on the team - so we are looking for someone who is polished, positive, professional, and energetic.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating areas such as expense report approval, process invoices, onboarding new hires, order equipment, workspace move requests, calendar maintenance, catering, work scheduling and provide vacation back up.
  • You will also provide executive support. Arrange travel, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports and maintain office supplies.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and can contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Support ad hoc projects and special requests as needed

Qualifications & Experience...

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience preferred. Experience in media, marketing, product marketing, growth, and/or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), communication software (i.e. Slack), and other relevant tools.
  • High level of confidentiality required.
  • You should be extremely organized and work efficiently in a very fast paced environment.
  • Communication is key in this role so excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • You should have excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
  • You should have an ability to prioritize your work so you can handle many projects simultaneously under tight deadline. Be flexible, dependable, and results oriented.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,037.00 - $96,641.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
