Your New Role
The Brand Partnerships Manager will support the Head of EMEA partnerships and will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the WB UK partnership campaigns. The role requires to build a strong relationship with our retained promotions agency, Bridge, to ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with all marketing divisions and external agencies to develop and deliver a holistic partnerships strategy by product launch.
- Cultivate brilliant relationships with all relevant UK divisional colleagues including Theatrical, Games, Franchise, Consumers Products, TV, Legal, Publicity and Ad Sales; ensuring strong communication where required.
- Assist in the creation & review of all partners creative and artwork across assigned product launches.
- Ensuring all stakeholders feedback in considered and actioned, and all assets are trafficked through the required process.
- Responsible for the project pipeline and ensuring all deadlines are met for final delivery, by way of working hand in hand with product managers, Head Office, and Bridge.
- Expressing an entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to identify prospective partners and outreach proactively.
- Ensuring all pitch decks are fully up to date and tuned into the requirements of forthcoming pitches.
- Evaluating partner proposals submitted by both Bridge and brands directly, with the ability to evaluate the strength of that proposal and how it fits into our campaign objectives.
- Working with the Grad Intern to ensure key documents such as status reports, comp reviews, PAFs, POs are actioned and circulated accordingly.
- Working with WBD UK Digital team, PHD, and Bridge to maintain an ongoing insight and data strategy.
- Display a good understanding of the UK media landscape so that the impact of the partners campaigns is fully understood.
Skills and Experienece
- Big love for films and the entertainment industry.
- Strong presentation & communication skills.
- Entertainment experience - ideally brand / franchise marketing, although agency backgrounds will be considered.
- Experience supporting or delivering campaigns and an understanding of what is involved from planning through to delivery then reporting and sustain client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Able to demonstrate strategic, commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Display a good understanding of the UK media landscape so that the impact of the partners campaigns is fully understood.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
