Your New Role...
The EMEA Billing Analyst is responsible for translating and coding contract information into the billing system, issuing affiliate invoices, and conducting all affiliate billing related activates.
They must maintain a deep and granular command of all Billing and Contract related issues and queries with respect to an assigned portfolio.
They will provide meaningful explanations of month over month billing variances, trend analysis, key performance metrics and meaningful explanations of workflow performance metrics.
The EMEA Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing a strong internal relationship with Sales and Legal to ensure accuracy of Contract interpretation. They will be expected to liaise with internal customers, and act as a customer specific Subject matter expert.
They will be responsible for managing the customer relationship with respect to matters of timely and accurate invoicing and query resolution.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Translate specific contract language and concepts to Billing System environment
- Generate accurate and timely customer invoicing
- Function as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of customer accounts
- Create and improve processes to build efficiency
- Contact customers for queries resolution
- Generate regular analysis and reporting
- Documentation of business processes
- Continuous monitoring of contractual compliance
- Ensure the compliance of financial processes with Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (if applicable)
- Expert in internal systems and processes
Qualifications & Experience...
- At least 3 years in Billing process
- Fluent in English
- Other languages (Italian, Romanian or Russian)
- Quick problem solver, team player, excellent time management skills
- High level of service-mindset and results-orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand legal contracts
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel - large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting reporting, SAP

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
