Your New Role...
Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a research professional to join the ad sales research team in the role of Analyst, Campaign Effectiveness. This position will play an integral role on the Measurement and Attribution team which oversees custom research executed in support of WBD ad sales efforts, across all platforms and across all properties (including news, entertainment, sports, and digital). This role will support the Ad Sales team by providing measurement on advertising campaigns using brand lift and attribution studies. This includes setup, execution, and reporting of primary research studies executed via 3rd party vendors with an emphasis on advertising effectiveness and demonstrating the benefit of advertising with WBD.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Assist with managing advertising campaign measurement requests from sales teams and help determine the appropriate vendor and type of study (e.g. brand, sales, site visit lift studies, website visitation studies, etc.) by assessing digital and linear media plans and by considering the objectives of an individual campaign.
- Assist with day-to-day needs of the third-party research vendors (e.g. LoopMe, DISQO, ABCS Insights, 605, EDO, Pilotly, etc.) in their execution of various studies with tasks including: study scope setup, gathering materials necessary for study launch, testing survey programming, reviewing surveys, working with AdOps to ensure tagging has been implemented, etc.
- Review campaign reporting and provide insightful feedback and recommendations in a timely manner.
- Assemble one-sheets and case studies for distribution to sales and marketing teams.
- Assist on calls/meetings with clients such as kick off calls, presenting final study results, and general research inquiry discussions.
- Complete additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- Bachelor's degree required
- Will have a minimum of 1-2 years of research and data experience in TV/media research at a media brand, television network or agency.
- Experience with ad effectiveness (control/exposed) research
- Understanding of primary quantitative research, i.e., questionnaire development, navigating survey programming logic, reading and developing cross-tabulations, etc.
- Superior project management skills- ability to prioritize among multiple brands and projects
- Experience working directly with clients, especially presenting research to clients
- Some experience with reading digital and/or linear media plans
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of advanced advertising including data driven linear and addressable media a plus
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting
- Enthusiastic, eager and a positive attitude - a must!
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,500.00 - $97,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
