ワーナーブラザーススタジオツアー東京 -メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッターの紹介：
今回、同グループに新たに加わるのは、ハリー・ポッターと魔法の世界の魅力的な舞台裏に足を踏み入れることができる屋内型アトラクション「ワーナー・ブラザース スタジオツアー東京～メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター～」（WBSTT）です。スタジオツアー東京では、「ハリー・ポッター」や「ファンタスティック・ビースト」がどのように作られたのか、理解を深めることができる特別なエキスペリエンスを提供します。映画の象徴的なセット、衣装や小道具をはじめ、魔法のような体験など、映画のシーンを直接楽しみながら、世界中で愛されている本シリーズがどのようにしてスクリーンに命を吹き込まれたかを知ることができる屋内型アトラクションです。（乗り物はありません）
テーマパークとは異なり、スタジオツアーでは、映画のセットに入り込み、エキサイティングなエンターテインメントを楽しむことができます。このようなツアーは世界で2つ目であり、大成功を収めたワーナー・ブラザース・スタジオ・ツアー・ロンドン（WBSTL）をベースとしたものとなります。
Your New Role...
アドミッションズとは？
主にスタジオツアーに参加するビジターのチケット確認からクローク、当日のスタジオツアーでのサービスの提供を行います。
スタジオツアーに来場するビジターのニーズを把握し、ホスピタリティ溢れるサービスの提供を行うチームです。
Your Role Accountabilities...
業務内容：
- メインエントランスでの入場案内
- チケットの確認/販売
- カーパークのチケット確認/誘導
- 荷物のお預かり/お返し
- インフォメーションカウンターでのご案内
- 遺失物の管理/返却業務
- 施設内全体の案内
- ワンドルーム（ツアー最終エリア）での展示紹介
※一部屋外、暗所、閉所での業務があります
Qualifications & Experiences...
活かせる経験・能力：
- ハリー・ポッターの物語や映画制作に関する知識と興味
- 接客業（ホテル・公共交通機関・観光・レジャー・アトラクション等）における就業経験のある方
- チームで協力し、困難な状況においても問題解決、目標を達成した経験のある方
- 英語/中国語/韓国語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方
雇用形態：
正社員
試用期間：
6ヶ月（同条件）
給与：
月給：28万円以上
※別途残業代支給、通勤手当あり
勤務形態：
7:00~23:00
- 年間変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安／最大週40時間）
- 週末や夜間の勤務もあり
- 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
※休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業、屋外での作業となる場合があります。
※1ヶ月毎ごとのシフトを作成します。
