What you'll do...
The Job involves several crucial phases, starting with Requirement and Scoping Analysis, where knowledge of risk analysis, cost analysis, business objectives, and requirements classification is essential. The goal is to explore relevant products/solutions, assess gaps between expectations and existing solutions, classify requirements, and anticipate risks. Solution Design follows, requiring expertise in software architecture, scalability, design patterns, and tech stacks to assist in designing detailed solutions and converting high-level designs into detailed module-specific plans. Coding involves selecting appropriate frameworks, guiding the team on coding standards, driving the implementation of telemetry features, and ensuring the code is secure, scalable, and meets business requirements. Testing is crucial too, with a focus on translating requirements into a test strategy, selecting testing tools, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, and executing test cases to detect errors.

What you'll do:
Design, develop, and maintain the back end applications using Java, front-end application using React JS, ensuring a high-quality user interface for finance operation users
Integrate the application with various Walmart systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in front-end development, ensuring code quality and maintaining high standards throughout the development process.
What you'll bring:
Strong Backend Knowledge:
Proficiency in Java and experience with backend technologies.
Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of React JS:
Understanding and experience in building front-end applications using React JS.
Ability to design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and intuitive.
Integration Skills:
Proven ability to integrate applications with multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Experience with relational databases and document DBs.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience:
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of mentoring junior engineers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
