What you'll do...
Schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences, and appointments. Manages and coordinates office schedules and calendars. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Develops and executes Human Resources (HR) strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Conducts a thorough analysis of current HR policies, processes, and programs to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Provides expertise and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Processes a variety of reports and accounts (for example, associate reimbursement vouchers, purchase orders, accounts payable, corporate card payments, supply orders). Sends leave of absence (LOA) notifications and follows up with Sedgewick on LOA claims status. Processes all new hire paperwork (for example, I9s), files new hire paperwork, and answers new associate questions.

Conducts research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR strategy. Organizes a positive recruiting experience for new associates, including posting requisitions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing job offers. Prepares onboarding schedules, paperwork, and emails for new hires. Conducts new hire orientations as needed.
Processes payroll reports, enters yellow slips and punch changes into system, manages attendance reporting, and processes missing pay requests and other matters related to associate payroll. Calculates and processes employee wages based on hours worked, salaries, commissions, or other agreed-upon payment terms. Generates reports related to payroll expenses, tax liabilities, and employee earnings for internal record-keeping and compliance purposes. Assists with the preparation and filing of payroll tax forms (for example, Form 941, Form 940) to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Integrates with time and attendance systems to automate the calculation of employee hours worked and streamline payroll processing.
Manages associate engagement activities by updating slides for associate birthdays and anniversaries. Plans engagement events. Places orders for engagement items and food. Tracks engagement budgets. Processes associate of the month and recognition awards and payments. Prepares engagement meetings and listening sessions.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.55-$24.55
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
