About the team

This team is a dedicated group of professionals who use AI and GenAI solutions to boost productivity and drive growth within the company. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on frontend solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance existing web and mobile applications, improve the CI/CD process for front-end apps, and build back-end services for these applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting application flow and design, implementing best practices, guiding junior developers, and automating test cases. The associate will also have the opportunity to work on the " MyAssistant " application

  • Work with hardware teams to integrate various technologies and devices that provide telemetry data (e.g.: occupancy sensors, audio/video equipment)


  • Develop algorithms and models to analyze telemetry data and generate predictive actions and insights. Opportunity to implement AI/ML and machine learning models as needed.


  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for monitoring and managing conference room telemetry.


  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging of software to endure reliability and performance. Implement automated testing frameworks where applicable.


  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development designs, APIs and user guides.


  • Work closely with product managers, hardware system engineers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.


  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of telemetry systems to handle large volumes of data efficiently.


  • Ensure the software systems are secure and comply with data privacy regulations and best practices.


  • You'll help our team by reviewing project requirements, translating them into technical solutions, writing and developing code, conducting/creating relevant testing, communicating status and issues to team members and partners, and ensuring on-time delivery.


  • Frequently collaborate with the product team, cross-functional partners, Architecture leads, as well as UX Designers and Researchers.

What you'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android) working with the following: React Native, SQL, API development, camera and AR APIs, Data Modeling and Data Analytics


  • Experience with CI/CD principles and automated testing as well as the related processes and technologies.


  • End-user centricity and a passion for creating solutions that solve problems for their customers.


  • A track record of being a strong team player who collaborates well and thrives on working with a team.


  • Experience with DevOps, agile development, scrum ceremonies, and related ways of working.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
