The Remediation Rationalization Team at Walmart InfoSec aims to identify root causes of common control failures and partner with Global Tech teams to implement holistic solutions and processes to reduce risk and prevent control deficiencies.

What you'll do:
The Senior Risk Expert will identify, obtain, and analyze Global Tech data to formulate insights that can inform and prioritize holistic remediation efforts. This includes:
- Identify data sources which could be beneficial to the team and integrate with tooling
- Perform analysis using SQL, Python and subsequently visualize insights on dashboards
- Drive prioritization of holistic technology remediation through the identification of risk trends, themes, and key tech risk areas
- Develop and customize dashboards and reporting to enable diverse audience, from technical to executive, to consume the data
- Increase the efficiency of the team by setting intake requirements and effort estimation
- Build and maintain relationships with key data source teams and establish APIs for real time data feeds
- Automate analytics and metrics reporting
What you'll bring:
- Champions technology remediation efforts and is a steward of holistic technology risk reduction
- Demonstrates creative, critical thinking & troubleshooting skills
- Requires liaison capabilities between technical and executive communication
- Preferred knowledge of IT Audit methodologies and tools; IT Audit interpretation and analysis; internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines; new and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- A desire and drive for efficiency through automation
- Adapts and flourishes in a constantly evolving setting

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 3years' experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in cybersecurity risk or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.

Certification in Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISA, CISSP, or CCSP, Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 1 year's experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
