Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for adoption strategies and implementation of product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and launch.
• Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and ensure they meet user needs and expectations.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science Computer Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience or logistics, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in product management tools and software.
• Attributes: Strategic thinker, customer-focused, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-07003:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-06888:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
