What you'll do...
- Communication and Collaboration
- Facilitating communication between the supply chain leadership team and other departments across Walmart, including retail operations, merchandising, and technology.
- Presenting complex data and analysis to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the supply chain network, including vendors, carriers, and distribution centers.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Assisting in executing the overall supply chain strategy, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new supply chain strategies, such as automation, omnichannel fulfillment, and sustainability initiatives.
- Operational Management
- Monitoring and managing the performance of key supply chain functions.
- Identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the supply chain network.
- Overseeing project management for large-scale supply chain initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

- Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information to senior leadership.
- Project management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
