About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, who will be responsible for assisting the Director, Strategic Initiatives in planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives. Managing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring successful completion of projects. Working closely with the team to develop and refine strategic initiatives. Developing strategic plans and identifying growth opportunities. Assisting in developing business cases and evaluating the feasibility of strategic initiatives.

  • Support the Director in ensuring that the team delivers agendas and content for major meetings, events, and communications that support the Strategy of Walmart+ and its goals
  • Be a resource to Walmart+ teams in strategic development and refinement
  • Support and ensure stakeholder alignment to the Walmart+ Strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities and evaluating the feasibility of strategic initiatives
  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations that supports the decision making of Walmart+ leadership

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
