About Walmart Business

Walmart Business is a new Business-to-Business omnichannel experience to save businesses, nonprofits and public sector entities time, and money.

Leverage existing Walmart assets and build new capabilities to better serve organizational buyers.

Bring together the Every Day Low Prices, assortment, omnichannel capabilities, and store footprint of Walmart with new experiences and functionality tailored to the unique needs of organizations.

Working in partnership with Business, Product, UX, and Engineering teams in Walmart Business you will:

  • Drive key meeting mechanisms -Monthly Extended Leadership Group, Monthly Business Team Meeting, Quarterly All Hands Meeting- to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across the organization.
  • Formulate and implement strategies, content, and messaging for Big Rock Initiatives. This includes reporting, meeting management, and following up on action items to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) & objectives and key results (OKRs) across various business units. Focus on high-impact initiatives and strive for continuous performance improvement.
  • Manage a cross-functional quarterly calendar and utilize digital tools (AirTable, Confluence, etc.) to ensure teams are aligned on launches and critical milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for more effective cross-functional collaboration across the business and establish processes for seamless execution.
  • Effectively communicate the Walmart Business narrative to foster trust and uniformity across Walmart eCommerce.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
