Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and development for IHUT (In Home Usage Tests) and other advanced data collection research methods, ensuring scalable and innovative approaches to gathering consumer insights.
  • Lead product management efforts, from ideation to launch, in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive product development.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
  • Bring new data products to market, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Serve as a domain expert and advisor to peers, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, leading with empathy and understanding.
  • Solve complex problems with a scrappy and resourceful approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong ability to work with multiple, tough stakeholders and navigate complex relationships.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and using analytics to inform product strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to mentor and guide peers.
  • Strong domain expertise in relevant areas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-centric approach.
  • Ability to solve hard problems creatively and efficiently.

  • Experience with data products and analytics tools.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
