The Sr Manager - Last Mile Catchment Plannin g is responsible f or leading initiatives to support Walmart's last mile catchment strategy . This exciting opportunity will lead strategic programs to improve household coverage an d ut ili ze a nalytics t o mo nit or c urrent and new program success . Th is leader will partner closely with store operations, last mile delivery business , data sci ence , p r odu ct a nd technology te ams.

- You have worked with product and tech organizations on behalf of operations to ensure the product meets the desired intent and need of the business
- You understand how to scale systems and operations for annual high-volume events

- Improving the Last Mile household coverage, cost, quality, and experience metrics through improved sourcing and catchment planning
- Prioritizing, influencing and deploying improvements in technology for Last Mile catchments
- Thinking strategically about the future of catchment to incorporate Walmart strategic programs at lowest cost and best experience
- Seamlessly plan, prepare and execute Last Mile catchment and sourcing operations for Walmart Annual Events

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
