Join Our Team as a Fuel Business Leader

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager based in or around Salt Lake City region to oversee the operations of 25-35 fuel convenience stores. This position requires extensive travel within the region to ensure. In this position, you will oversee store performance, merchandising, and fuel by analyzing key metrics and dashboards to provide strategic insights to internal leaders, influencing the overall direction of the site. By partnering with field leadership, you’ll advise on improving processes, identifying opportunities, and scaling best practices to drive continuous assessment and enhancement of the site’s strategy and execution. You will also ensure operational excellence by refining workflows, processes, and timelines, while developing and coaching your team to improve their capabilities, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationships:

Maintain and develop professional vendor relationships, ensuring effective field-level interactions.

Fuel Business Strategy:

Analyze business objectives and customer needs.

Develop, communicate, and implement fuel business strategies and plans.

Incorporate cost analysis and forecasts into business plans.

Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Business Growth:

Lead growth initiatives across multiple facilities by assessing economic trends and market share.

Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Ensure effectiveness in merchandising, inventory, signage, and pricing programs.

Corporate Strategy Adaptation:

Adapt and guide corporate fuel strategies to meet local business requirements.

Develop relationships with key organizational stakeholders.

Lead change efforts to maximize sales and market growth.

Performance Monitoring:

Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned area.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Administer budgets and make pricing strategy recommendations.

Ensure underperforming stores have action plans and resolve budgetary issues.

Project Execution:

Identify customer and operational needs.

Develop and communicate business plans and priorities.

Remove performance barriers and provide necessary resources.

Measure progress and adapt performance strategies.

Team Development:

Select, train, and mentor associates.

Build a team-based work environment.

Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.

Provide recognition, rewards, and coaching for success.

Ensure diversity awareness.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
