In this high-visibility leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing profitability, cost efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives across Walmart’s omnichannel fulfillment ecosystem. You will analyze business performance, identify growth and cost opportunities, and enhance fulfillment experiences to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and margin expansion by working on end-to-end propositions.

You will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Store & Fulfillment Operations, Merchandising, and Data Science teams.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment and is comfortable working through ambiguity to define strategies and execute with impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for profitability and growth in Walmart’s eCommerce, focusing on improving cost efficiency, fulfillment speed, and customer.
- Analyze key business and operational metrics (e.g., order fulfillment costs, last-mile logistics, customer satisfaction, and inventory efficiency) to drive insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to optimize fulfillment costs while maintaining best-in-class customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, data science models, and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and cost-reduction initiatives through competitive benchmarking, industry research, and internal data analysis.
- Drive execution of multiple initiatives by developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and business cases for growth-oriented projects.
- Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders across Tech, Operations, and Finance to influence key strategic decisions.
- Monitor and refine key KPIs and business metrics, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s broader business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business management, product operations, consulting, finance, or strategy in a high-growth, customer-facing company.
- Experience in eCommerce fulfillment, supply chain, last-mile logistics, or digital operations is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial models, operational dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, translating complex operational challenges into actionable business strategies.
- Experience leading cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, with measurable business impact.
- Comfortable navigating highly dynamic environments and making decisions amidst ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Technical acumen to understand fulfillment technologies, automation, and machine learning applications in logistics and eCommerce.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
